All3Media, the owner of Studio Lambert and Neil Street, has appointed its first Chief Diversity, Equality and Inclusion Officer.
Annika Allen joins Super India from Barclays Global Diversity, Capital & Inclusion Division and oversees the strategy, working with All3Media, a UK-based production company that also includes Lots of fleas Producer: Two Brothers Pictures, des Indie New images and objective narrative.
You will work with human resources and talent teams, build relationships with external stakeholders, and also promote industry diversity and inclusive work.
The move comes after All3Media outsourced the listed consulting firm last year to implement a group-wide mapping project that would characterize its diversity.
Allen will report to COO Sarah Geater, who said her “experience will allow us to continually improve our practices, attitudes and work behaviors.”
Allen said All3Media is “in good shape to enjoy the many opportunities that diversity, equality and inclusion represent.”
Allen began his career in television and journalism and has a wide range of factual and entertainment credits, having worked on Cactus TV, TalkbackThames, Maverick and RDF Television.
