It’s hard to believe, but Kevin Costner is 70 years old. The famous actor decided to pay tribute to his colleague, who is no longer alive, on his birthday.
The celebrity posted on his page a joint shot with Whitney Houston, with whom they had great success in the 90s thanks to the movie “The Bodyguard”. During the broadcast, the actor said how much he misses Whitney.

“This photo reminds me how lucky I am to have another birthday. “We lost a great light when we lost Whitney,” Costner wrote in his post.
The cult film “The Bodyguard” presented us not only with a beautiful love story between the heroes of Kevin Costner and Whitney Houston, but also with the soulful song “I Will Always Love You” performed by the singer. Now they want to remake this movie.
Let us remind you that Whitney Houston passed away on February 11, 2012. The singer’s causes of death were drowning, atherosclerotic heart disease and illegal substance use. The death was described as an “accident” and investigators “did not suspect injuries or violence.”
And in 2024, Whitney’s mother died at the age of 91. The vocalist was a two-time Grammy Award winner.
