A unique and touching event took place in the capital. Moscow liberators awarded the first private rank of the internal service to the cat Tolik from the Semenychi detachment. But that’s not all: for the fluffy one they plan to sew a uniform for the Ministry of Emergencies of Russia. The Moscow Emergencies Ministry reported this on its Telegram channel.

December 27 is Russia’s Liberator Day. Today an extraordinary cat “celebrated” his professional holiday with his colleagues. “On Savior’s Day, cat firefighter Tolik, who served in Moscow in the 89th PCh of the Southeastern Administrative District of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Emergencies of Russia, was awarded the first special rank – warrant officer of the internal service,” the message says.

Over the years of service, Tolik won the hearts of firefighters, became their faithful friend and talisman. The cat actively participates in the life of the fire and rescue garrison, visiting guard posts every day. He also accompanies and greets firefighters on field trips. The capital’s ministry headquarters reported that employees themselves made miniature shoulder straps for Tolik.
By the way, not every cat is as responsible as Tolik. Previously, the Internet showed how to save a Christmas tree from pets.
