The house that Kevin McCallister desperately defended from bandits has changed hands again. The deal went through within a few days.
According to several publications, including Entertainment Weekly and People, it was purchased for 542 million rubles. They shook hands within a week of the ad being published by real estate agents.
“We are thrilled that this home has captured the attention and hearts of everyone for its well-deserved place in movie history and the unforgettable holiday memories it evokes,” real estate agents Don McKenna and Katie Moore of Coldwell Banker Realty said in a statement.
The last news about the sale of a historical house came in June. The Chicago Sun Times reported this. Recently, Macaulay Culkin, the main star of the movie “Home Alone”, explained why he did not buy real estate despite his intention.
