Channel One and the Yellow, Black and White studio will create feature films based on Dunno. The other day the company signed an agreement with Igor Nosov, writer and heir to the works of Nikolai Nosov. Interfax reported this.

“As the VTsIOM survey shows, Dunno is the most anticipated Russian film adaptation. I hope that we will realize these hopes, and those born in the 21st century, who perhaps do not even know how to read yet, will love Dunno just like their parents and grandparents born in the 20th century,” said Channel One General Manager Konstantin Ernst.
Eduard Iloyan, general producer of the Yellow Black White studio, noted that the studio “always prioritizes respect for the source when starting to work with classical works.”
“For many years I had to protect this fairy tale world against all kinds of invasions. And now a grandiose project is starting, the result of which will please the audience, the producers and me. I hope that in modern cinema we can preserve the intonation and melody of the fairy-tale city of Dunno,” said Nosov.
Let us remind you that they are actively involved in film adaptations of various works not only in Russia but also in Hollywood. For example, Disney fans are now eagerly waiting for the movies “Lilo and Stitch” and “Snow White”.
