Evgeny Tsyganov got the role of Peter Glebsky in the new film adaptation of the Strugatsky brothers’ story “Hotel “In the Dead Mountaineer”. This was reported by the Mars Media Telegram channel.
The actor will play a police inspector who arrives at the hotel after receiving a letter warning of an impending murder.
The director of the film, Alexander Domogarov Jr., has no doubts about the professionalism of the theater and film star. “In my opinion, Tsyganov is one of the few actors who can portray such a complex, multifaceted character, and his participation is a great success for our future film,” the Telegram channel quotes the director as saying.
He also talked about Tsyganov’s character: “Peter Glebski’s character is the skeleton of the whole story. “We developed the hero’s story so that he now has a personal drama that influences the course of the entire story.”
