More than 10 years after her debut in The Wolf of Wall Street, Margot Robbie has revealed who pushed her to get completely naked on camera. And he definitely wasn’t the director.
In one of the film’s most powerful scenes, Margot’s character, Naomi, seduces wealthy stockbroker Jordan Belfort (Leonardo DiCaprio). Martin Scorsese suggested the actress film a movie in a bathrobe, but the three-time Oscar nominee decided it would be unnatural and decided to undress completely.
“That’s not what he was going to do in that scene. The important thing is that she comes out completely naked; that’s the card he plays,” he explained on the Talking Pictures podcast.
