On December 29, the businesswoman filed a lawsuit against the tax authorities and demanded that the decisions of the federal service be declared invalid. On January 22, the court decided to transfer Elena to the pre-trial detention center. In early August, the prosecutor’s office issued an indictment in the criminal case of the blogger.
