Representatives of projects of the entire North-West region of Russia will gather in the city: Karelia, Murmansk, Arkhangelsk, Pskov, Novgorod, Vologda, Kaliningrad and other regions.
At the event, in addition to the ranking of the region’s top 50 gastronomy establishments, winners in special categories such as “Chef of the Year”, “Sommelier of the Year”, “Media Selection” and “Pub Bar” will also be announced.
