Sean Combs (real name of the artist Note ed.) is being held on charges of sexual assault, human trafficking and racketeering. Plus, new details about alleged crimes are constantly emerging, from child abuse to the possible murders of Tupac Shakur and Liam Payne to the poisoning of Jamie Foxx.
P Diddy sought an injunction to prevent him from disclosing information about his case to the media, but a judge in New York denied the request made by the rapper’s legal team, Page Six writes. However, law enforcement officials were reminded that they are prohibited by law from disclosing material that could interfere with a fair trial.
Previously, the rapper’s lawyers accused the feds of leaking CCTV footage of him abusing his ex-girlfriend Casandra “Cassie” Ventura to the press. “Instead of using the videotape as forensic evidence along with other evidence that gives it context and
so the agents abused it in the most damaging and destructive way,” according to the documents.
The investigation into the producer’s criminal case continues to gain momentum and startling details of his activities are emerging. The next meeting will be held on May 5, 2025.
