Mark Eidelstein revealed the details of filming explicit scenes with Mikey Madison in the movie “Anora.” The film, which tells about the travels of a stripper and her marriage to the son of a Russian oligarch, will be released domestically on October 17.

The actor said he felt comfortable working with his partner. But at some point Mark was surprised by the situation on the site.
“In our story, Mikey and I kiss on the balcony. I didn’t even prepare, we shot so many lovemaking scenes, it was as if there was nothing wrong with kissing. And Sean Baker (film director – Note ed.) says: “Kiss until I say stop.” We’re standing, kissing, having a good time in our Versace dresses overlooking the skyscrapers of New York and a strange bridge that twists like Salvador Dali. The only thing that is confusing is that there are no cameras anywhere,” Eidelstein shared in an interview with Sobaka.ru.
According to him, a terrible roar was suddenly heard. The artist continued to kiss Mikey, not paying attention to external circumstances, but periodically looked in the direction from which the sounds came. “I see a huge helicopter rising, with our attached cameraman sitting there with a giant camera in his hand. “They fly so close our hair starts flying around,” said Mark.

It turned out that the director wanted to film several scenes of the kiss in this way. After completing the study, Eidelstein asked Baker why it was impossible to get images from the helicopter. “And he: “They can’t exist in the universe of our movie.” The man spent half his shift taking a four-second shot from the helicopter. He’s great. “There is a lot to learn from him,” the actor explained.
We previously showed the Russian trailer of “Anora”. Yura Borisov and Daria Ekamasova also starred in the series. Let us also remind you that the project received the main award at the Cannes Film Festival in 2024.
