A former adult film actress who accused P Diddy of trafficking for sex at his “white parties” may soon need new legal representation. The fact is that a lawyer leading a high-profile case asks the judge to relieve him of this responsibility.
Adria English’s attorney, Arielle Mitchell-Kidd, wants to withdraw from the case, claiming the woman gave conflicting instructions that made it impossible for her to represent herself, according to new legal documents obtained by TMZ.
Mitchell-Kidd also stated that he and his client had irreconcilable differences. He also claims that Adria’s “tone, disrespect, and continued behavior and self-destructive actions” made it impossible for the attorney to continue representing him in court. The lawyer wants to completely break things off with Adria, stating that the case is still in its early stages and English will not be negatively affected by hiring a new lawyer.
A representative for the rapper told the publication: “Less than three months after a lawsuit was filed against Sean Combs (real name P Diddy). Note ed.) Adria English was rejected by both of her lawyers, making completely fabricated statements.”
