George Clooney bought a property in Los Angeles, previously owned by singer Stevie Nicks, for $ 14.5 million (almost 14 billion rubles – Note ed.). According to TMZ, the 63-year-old filmmaker has decided to leave the six-room mansion in Studio City that he has owned for nearly three decades.

Clooney bought his Fryman Canyon house from the Fleetwood Mac superstar in 1995 for just $2.2 million. The expansive 7,000-square-foot estate includes the main house, several guest buildings, a tennis court and a 3.1-acre swimming pool. After meeting and marrying Amal Clooney, it became a “personal oasis” for them, as the lawyer noted in a 2018 interview with Vogue.

Clooney and Amal also own real estate in Italy, France and New York. The sale of the home was approved by Kurt Rappaport of Westside Estate Agency Inc., who represented George in the business deal. You can view photos of the mansion here.
