The fact is that their neighbors began the complete renovation and redevelopment of their five-story mansion. The year-long work will be carried out right under the football star’s windows.
Construction works include demolishing walls, rearranging rooms, installing new kitchens and bathrooms, underfloor heating, air conditioning, solar panels on the roof and new doors and windows.
West London Council approved the work and offered to coordinate with David and Victoria in advance. According to The Sun, stars were also invited during the planning phase.
“You can address any concerns before submitting your application and thus avoid any objections. Even if they still have concerns, they will be grateful to have better information,” the council’s decision is quoted in the broadcast.
It is not yet clear whether David Beckham will be satisfied with being informed about the demolition of the walls and other works. But it is unlikely that David will remain faithful, considering that he paid about four billion rubles for his mansion.
Four years ago David already managed to challenge such intentions. When he learned about the upcoming restructuring, he made every effort to ensure that it did not happen. As a result, the lawyers managed to prove that the neighboring building is a protected architectural monument and it is absolutely impossible to make global changes to its architectural appearance.
