Fans of computer games, here’s some news. There are plans to release a tape based on Atomic Heart. The project was presented by the Kinopoisk service, RBC reported.

Shooting is scheduled to begin in 2025. The script is written by Roman Kantor, who worked on the film “The Master and Margarita” and the series “Epidemic.” Mundfish, the developer of the original Atomic Heart game, will also be involved in the film adaptation. The project is planned to be implemented by 2029.
Atomic Heart is a shooter set in an alternate universe where the USSR made a significant leap in technological development in the 1950s. In the story, robots go out of control and attack the employees of the company they were recruited for. The game’s main character, Major Sergei Nechaev, launches an investigation. Two add-ons have been released for Atomic Heart: Annihilation Instinct and Trapped in Limbo.
We previously wrote that the filming of The Sims, based on the game of the same name, was officially approved. Read the details here.
