Actress Bonnie Wright, who plays Ginny Weasley in Harry Potter, is unhappy with the film adaptation. The star is not happy with the way the writers have treated her character.
The girl played the role of Harry Potter’s lover for 10 years. She really expects the creators of the next series about the boy who lived to be more careful with the plot. According to Bonnie, the films did not contain important moments of the relationship between Ginny and Harry.
“There are nuances in the moments when they start to fall in love. I often think about how Ginny became Harry’s loyal friend and how much she understood him. I hope we get to see the development of that character. As a fan of the books, I want to see more,” Bonnie told Variety.
Wright also talks about how other characters need more attention, like Luna and Neville. Meanwhile, Matthew Lewis, who plays Longbottom, isn’t keen on joining the series, but is very interested in how his character will be portrayed in the upcoming film adaptation.
