However, the claim was rejected due to “non-compliance with the pre-trial dispute resolution procedure established by law for cases of this category.”
Bondarchuk then went to court again. This time, the model was unsuccessful. The claim was not considered because it was “signed or filed by a person who is not authorized to sign or file.” Svetlana made her next attempt in December.
