Roberto Orsi, a writer for the Star Trek and Transformers series accused of repeatedly beating and sexually assaulting his wife, will have to answer in court.
Actress Adele Heather Taylor (“The Blacklist,” “Hail Caesar!”) alleges in her lawsuit that Orsi suffered from bipolar disorder, was an alcoholic and had a violent temper. She said her husband insulted her, dragged her around the house, beat her and left bruises on her body, Variety reported.
The artist said the incidents happened in May 2022. According to Adele, Roberto chased her into the garden, then pinned her to the ground and threatened to rape her. She also said that in June of the same year, the screenwriter sexually assaulted her in the garden.
Director Francis Ford Coppola has once again responded to accusations of inappropriate behavior. He admitted to kissing a woman on the set of Megapolis. Read the full story here.
