Ingredients for the courgette gratin
- 4 courgettes
- 1 onion
- Rice (or pasta or wheat or kinoa or bulgur, etc.)
- Aromatic herbs of your choice
- Garlic (optional)
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper
After washing the courgettes, cut them into cubes and fry them in a pan with oil, chopped onion and garlic. While this mixture is cooking, boil the water and cook the rice.
When your preparations are ready, mix them, salt, pepper, season to your taste and bake for 15 minutes at 180°. For the greediest, on top of the gratin you can add grated Gruyere cheese.
Accompanied by a green salad, this gratin will delight the palate of your entire family and/or friends!
