Katy Perry and Orlando Bloom’s three-year-old daughter Daisy Dove has inspired her mother’s new single, after the singer was inspired by her bedtime talk with her daughter.
The song in question is called “Lifetimes.” This summer, Katie had an idea for a game with Daisy. She bought chocolate coins and started hiding them in the sand castles the girl was building. The child supported the game enthusiastically. This gave Katie a touching idea.
“I tell him every night before I go to bed that I love him. But for a while now I’ve started asking: ‘Will you find me in every next life?’ and he says yes,” the 39-year-old singer told The One Show.
Recently, Perry was criticized for a new video for Woman’s World that didn’t even have time to be released. Fans felt that the released tracks were overly sexualized for a song dedicated to the fight for women’s rights.
