After many examinations by the decision of the Moscow Arbitration Court, the IQ Plastique clinic will resume its work. Svetlana attached to the mail all the documents confirming the completion of the case.
“Justice triumphed, and the clinic won the case! A special point in the suspension of activities (which has already been appealed) was the alleged lack of necessary education of doctors, which is not true. The presence of necessary education and qualifications of the clinic’s doctors is documented – copies of education documents were submitted both to Roszdravnadzor during the examination and to the court,” said the wife of the star plastic surgeon.
Let us recall that a scandal arose after the death of businessman Pyotr Gavrilov, who underwent surgery at Timur Khaidarov’s IQ Plastique plastic surgery clinic on February 27 and died 10 days later. Following this, the Russian investigative committee searched the plastic surgery clinic and the owner’s house and suspended its activities.
