One of them occurred during the play “Woe from Wit”. Efremov admitted that he forgot Chatsky’s monologue. “At first I was nervous. Then I stopped because I realized that I had a “blank sheet of paper” in front of my eyes. Just a kringe messenger. And he began to talk nonsense: “Some faces… And I…” Nikita shared.

Another time, the artist had to blush in front of Konstantin Khabensky when they performed together in the theater. Nikita was still a student at that time. “We went on stage with 40 people at once and sang. Konstantin Yuryevich’s character asked: “Who were you going to serve?” And they answered him: “Hetman! Hetman! He always answered the same way. And we laughed behind the scenes,” Efremov explained in the Liters podcast.

But at the next performance the joke got out of hand. When it came to this, Nikita and his classmates literally broke their fingers so as not to leave. “We feel bad, we are scared, someone feels sick. I started having cramps. Someone was shedding tears,” he shared his feelings. According to Efremov, despite the laughter around him, only Khabensky stood still, absorbed in his role.

But at that time no one scolded the aspiring artists. According to Nikita, if the mistake had been pointed out to them, perhaps he would not have felt so guilty.
