Socialite Paris Hilton gives the impression of a “golden child” who has never known grief. But in his youth he had to go through terrible trials.
The 43-year-old star said he went to Provo Canyon boarding school in Utah when he was 16 because of his bad behavior. He was literally dragged out of bed and sent to re-education. He now testifies before Congress to protect the rights of children in similar situations.
“They promised healing, growth and support, but instead for two years they did not allow me to speak, move freely or even look out the window. “I was drugged and sexually assaulted, brutally restrained, dragged through corridors, stripped naked and thrown into solitary confinement,” Paris said.
The current management of the boarding school states that the school was purchased after the incident and that they are not responsible for what happened. But Hilton’s words are confirmed by other boarding school students. As for the star’s parents, in her opinion, they were misled and did not know what was really happening behind the walls of the boarding school.
