MRC Television Promotes Kristen Kuroski to Senior Vice President of Business and Legal Affairs

Special: MRC Television has promoted Kristen Kuroski to Senior Vice President of Business and Legal Affairs.

In his expanded role, Kurosky is responsible for structuring, negotiating and managing the aforementioned talent contracts, fundamental rights agreements and umbrella/first party agreements, as well as overseeing and guiding day-to-day legal matters. The Executive Vice President reports to James Sterling, Head of Business and Legal.

“Kristen works tirelessly to help our creative colleagues maximize their vision and provide our production and finance teams with the highest quality programs on budget and on time,” said Sterling. He is respected and appreciated both internally and externally for his incredible attention to detail and sensible approach to negotiations.”

Kurosky is responsible for brokering a number of deals, including the Emmy-winning deal.
