A prestigious award for French gastronomy. The ranking is published every year The 50 best restaurants in the world, which crowns excellent restaurants around the world. This year, a French restaurant, which opened on June 5 in Las Vegas, rose to third place in the ranking.
French gastronomy, widely represented in the ranking
So this is the restaurant Table, in the 12th arrondissement of Paris which won the precious sesame. A great recognition for this address opened by the self-taught chef Bruno Verjus, former food journalist, entered the rankings in 2023, then occupying tenth place. His restaurant is also crowned with two stars in the Michelin Guide.
Bruno Verjus' restaurant is not the only French address in the ranking. Three other tables appear in the top 50: Septime by Bertrand Grébaut (Paris 11th) in 11th place, Plénitude by Arnaud Donckele (Paris 1st) in 18th place, also awarded with the hospitality award and the Arpège restaurant by Alain Passard (Paris 7th), in 45th place.
