Gwyneth Paltrow has put a luxury mansion up for sale in Los Angeles. Apparently the house is located in the Mandeville Canyon area of Brentwood, which is mostly home to the rich and famous.
The Iron Man star bought the cottage with musician Chris Martin of Coldplay from her ex-husband, whom she divorced in 2016. Now it’s time to leave the mansion. The reason was that the actor’s 18-year-old son was accepted to university. According to an insider, the star does not need such a large living space as her children are growing up.
Paltrow is ready to sell the cottage for 2.7 billion rubles. The 1,100-square-foot home includes a living room with bookshelves and a fireplace, two bathrooms, a wine cellar, an office, a gym, and a game room with a home theater.
Above the garage there is additional living space for staff. A one-bedroom guesthouse with entertainment area was recently built on the property, the Wall Street Journal reported.
