Nicole Kidman’s husband Keith Urban struggled with addiction for a long time. The musician underwent the first course of treatment in 1998, but in 2006 the actor insisted on repeated rehabilitation. The musician reminded of that period in his last post on social networks.
The artist released a video in which he performed an acoustic version of the Ariana Grande song and compared it to the feelings after using illegal substances.
An insider told Woman’s Day magazine that the comparison upset the celebrity and brought back bad memories. “Nicole would never have asked him to take down the post, but he is disappointed,” the source said.
“The time they almost broke up was a very dark time for them, but what’s worse is that they don’t want their children to start thinking that this is nice, normal or something that can be easily ‘fixed’,” she added.
