This is not to be missed: Come for a repeat performance of the one-act “Mystery” ballet evening

Of course, May holidays are nice, but don’t forget to think about your plans for the remaining month. Luckily, we’ve already thought of everything for you. A repeat performance of the one-act “Mystery” ballet night will be held at Helikon Opera Theater on 21-22 May 2024. You can’t miss this.

“Mystery” is the original project of the premiere of the Bolshoi Theater and general producer Igor Tsvirko. The program includes three modern choreographed ballets by innovative Russian choreographers: Maxim Petrov, Dmitry Maslennikov and Alexander Mogilev.

The evening will open with the ballet “Russian Dead End”. It is a reflection on life, a search for meaning in the whirlwind of life’s collisions.

The program will continue with a mystical story about the Goddess whom the Creator granted immortality in the ballet “Monaxia” by director-choreographer Dmitry Maslennikov. He remains alone, living one life after another, exploring the worlds of the human soul, having the opportunity to stay on earth forever.

However, the closing event will be the world premiere of the ballet “Vrubel”. Daemon”. This is the story of the great Russian artist Mikhail Alexandrovich Vrubel, in which the fate of the creator and his creations are intertwined.
