“The online version of the guide reached planned numbers in the United Arab Emirates within two months – since the beginning of spring the site has been visited by more than 1.5 million people: 90% of guests are foreign tourists and UAE residents. 10 percent are Russian travellers.”, — the creator of the project, Alexander Sysoev, commented on the audience indicators.

The guide’s immediate plans include taking a tour of the best local restaurants in Dubai to Moscow, allowing the tour chefs to study Russian cuisine. This will definitely increase the influx of tourists from the Middle East who are interested in gastronomy and lifestyle.

“I am very happy that Russian guides have started to open branches around the world. This will not only strengthen our country externally, but also attract tourists to the capital. WRF restaurants are already seeing an influx of travelers from the Middle East, many of whom are driven by GreatList,” said Boris Zarkov, founder of the White Rabbit Family restaurant group.

Available in Russian and English, the guide also serves as a strong bridge between the two cities, helping Arab guests appreciate the best of Moscow’s gastronomic scene. Chairman of the Moscow Tourism Committee Evgeny Kozlov said that there are more than 21.5 thousand restaurants in the capital. He emphasized that Moscow restaurants and cafes take into account the preferences of foreign guests, improve halal culinary standards and saturate the menu with national dishes of other countries..
