In Moscow, at the “Enlightenment” Pavilion No. 57 at VDNKh, the results of the first national award “Russia – My Horizons” were summarized. 6-11. It is part of the “Ticket to the Future” project for early vocational guidance for school children in grades.

The aim of the project is to celebrate the achievements of people and organizations that contribute to young people’s professional self-determination and to help them choose a profession and create a successful career. The award was created by the Foundation for Humanitarian Projects with the support of the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation.

I believe that the award will be one of the driving factors in the further development of such an important issue for our country and education as career guidance.

Prize participants were teachers, authors of institutional practices, methods, scientific studies in the field of career guidance and individual school projects. The main selection criterion is that the declared projects help schoolchildren to make decisions about choosing the future profession and consciously direct their educational and professional interests.

Meanwhile, in total, more than three thousand applications were submitted from all regions of Russia to participate in the competition, where the expert council selected more than 70 projects for the shortlist.

Winners of the first national award

  • Yulia Pivovarova from the Rostov region is the organizer of the “Best Career Guidance Project of 2023”.
  • Sorokin Valery Albertovich from Khakassia and Kuzina Svetlana Sergeevna from the Nizhny Novgorod region were awarded the title “Teacher No. 1 in career guidance in Russia.”
  • The authors of the book “Best Career Guidance Practices for the Family” were Kutsenko Galina Anatolyevna, Shatova Lyubov Igorevna, Reznichenko Elena Sergeevna, Maslova Anastasia Yuryevna, Kuzina Svetlana Sergeevna, Volobueva Marina Ivanovna and Motorina Natalya Yuryevna from the Nizhny Novgorod region.
  • The award in the category “Best media content in the field of career guidance” was received by Daria Valerievna Groza from the Voronezh region, and the award for “New technologies in career guidance” was received by Lyudmila Aleksandrovna Sinacheva from the Perm Region.
  • “The best project in the field of career guidance in a smart environment (IT, science, education)” was created and launched by Alexandra Andreevna Yarotskaya, Valeria Andreevna Sidorova, Valeria Vladimirovna Yavdoshchuk from the Murmansk region.
  • The best project in the field of career guidance in the business environment – Miritskaya Ekaterina Aleksandrovna and Petrova Nadezhda Valerievna from the Tomsk region.
