But the big news doesn’t end there: One of the publication’s sources said that Denis Villeneuve (“Dune,” “Assassins,” “Arrival”) is being considered as the director of the project.
“Barbara (Barbara Broccoli – producer of the film – Note ed.) really wants him to direct the next Bond. This is the best possible option for him, but it may not be realistic considering his busy schedule. If he doesn’t join the upcoming project, he will continue to be asked to direct future films,” the insider said.
Previously, the media also wrote that Aaron Taylor-Johnson played the role of Agent 007 in the new movie. The showrunners should sign a contract with him any day now.
