“Hear my voice”: artists performed songs by Muslim Magomayev in memory of the victims of the terrorist attack on Crocus City Hall

March 22, 2024 is a date that will remain in our memories forever. On this day, a terrorist attack occurred in the Crocus City Hall near Moscow, which destroyed the lives of hundreds of people. Stars of Russian show business came together and released a joint album “Hear My Voice”, which gives hope for the future and helps cope with grief.

Popular artists performed 12 songs by Muslim Magomayev. People participating in the recording: Basta, Polina Gagarina, Mona, Three Days of Rain, Vladimir Presnyakov, HammAli & Navai, Makan, Scriena, Vanya Dmitrienko, Elman, The Limba, Toni, Seville, Klava Koka, Valeria, Amirchik, Mary Gu, Loc -Dog, Lyusya Chebotina, Yulia Parshuta, Emin, Lyube group, Stas Mikhailov, Miravi, Merab Amzoevi. “I don’t know how long it will take for this pain to subside somehow… We, the artists, came together and recorded an album consisting of cover versions of songs from the legendary works of Muslim Magomayev. All proceeds from the release of this album will be used to support the families of those killed and affected by the terrible terrorist attack on March 22,” Valeria told her subscribers.

Muslim Magomayev’s song choice was determined by the “Cranes Are Flying” campaign, which had a great impact on the Internet. This is music that can touch the heart of anyone, regardless of musical preferences and one’s age. It should be noted that the hall in Çiğdem City Hall, where the tragedy took place, bears the name of the great Russian and Azerbaijani artist Muslim Magomayev, whose songs raised more than one generation.
