It is one of the most anticipated films of 2024 and has finally revealed its trailer. Continuation of the supercharged Mad Max: Road Furythe Oscar-winning film by Australian George Miller released in 2015, this spin-off will immerse us the origins of the warrior empress and flying ace, Furiosa.
This new work is part of the long legacy of the films Mad Maxthe first part of which made its debut (45 years ago!) followed by the following three works: Mad Max 2: The Road Warrior , Mad Max Beyond Thunder Dome AND Mad Max: Road Furydemolish some $380.5 million at the box office.

Furiosa: A Mad Max Saga it immerses us in a world in ruins, where the young Furiosa finds herself kidnapped by a horde of bikers led by the warlord Dementus.
Traveling through the Wasteland, they come across the Citadel presided over by Immortan Joe. While the two tyrants fight for powerFuriosa must survive many trials to find a way to return to Green Earth, where she lived happily in a community of women.
Through Furiosa’s fight for survival, we will witness the genesis of a Feminist action heroine with strong moral beliefs in a world reduced to fire and blood by the violence of men.
Anya-Taylor Joy It’s Furiosa
Originally incarnated by a Charlize Theron iconic, Anya-Taylor Joy will wear the hood of the character Furiosa. At just 27 years old, the American actress has managed to build an impeccable filmography between independent cinema and the general public, from terrifying The Witch from Robert Eggers to the enigmatic Divided by M.Night Shyamalan, without forgetting the essentials The Queen’s Game. The series still remains one of the biggest successes for a Netflix series in the entire history of the red N platform.
