The week is drawing to a close, which means it’s time for our regular column featuring the best and worst images of the stars. We know it’s hard to keep track of every look of even the most beloved celebrities in this endless news feed, so we do the work for you and track their every fashion success or utter failure.
We’ve already discussed this week’s stars’ best outfits, now let’s move on to our favorite part and talk about their fashion fails. And again, our top was opened by Julia Fox, apparently as per tradition. While some stars gathered at the 2024 Oscars, others attended Elton John’s annual bash. Our editors no longer have the power to comment on yet another questionable outfit of a star, so we leave it to your strict judgment.
Now, let’s go back to the Oscars ceremony, which of course had some unfortunate images. But what upset us most were Spanish actress and makeup artist Montze Ribe in the butterfly dress and British actress Andrea Riseborough in Loewe. Maybe we’ll end this year with the Oscars. Following the film awards, guests traditionally moved on to the annual Vanity Fair after-party, where the stars’ appearances are often much more interesting. True, even here there are exceptions. For example, Kylie Minogue’s blue-green sequin dress and Little Mermaid star Halle Bailey’s ill-fated lace frock.
