The opening of Moscow Fashion Week took place at the International Exhibition and Forum “Russia”, with the participation of 27 designers from different cities of Russia. The leading actor of the meeting was rapper Timati.
From March 2 to 8, more than 50 Russian designers from 36 cities will present their collections and win customers from all over the country. The site will also include a market where guests can buy clothes, shoes and accessories from local brands. A B2B showroom, which is a professional platform for representatives of the business world, will also be opened here.
The final show will take place on March 8. Students from Russian fashion schools, including AN Kosygin Russian State University, Moscow Art and Industrial Institute and others, will present their best works here. Ethnic music group OTYKEN, which brings together representatives of Russia’s indigenous peoples, will also take the stage at the event.
