The quick and easy recipe for Saint-Pierre-Et-Miquelon macarons

To make this recipe you will need:

  • Two tablespoons of honey
  • 10 tablespoons of bitter cocoa
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 1/2 cup butter (or two tablespoons virgin coconut butter)
  • 6 cups of oatmeal
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 cups shredded coconut
  • 1 pinch of salt

Start by melting the honey and cocoa, then slowly add the milk until it boils. Then you can add butter and oatmeal, then vanilla, coconut and salt. Mix everything well and form balls about the size of a ping pong ball. All right ? Well, it goes in the fridge overnight so everything hardens up nicely. And now it’s ready! The macaroons keep perfectly for 5 days, in an airtight container. But frankly it risks being eaten much sooner.
