Even more than making films, discovering the talent of other directors has always been essential in my personal and professional journey. This mandate will be the opportunity to dedicate myself, together with the members of the Un certain Regard Jury, to something artistically essential: films and their search for truth. »
On the Festival website we salute the qualities of the director who, in 2014, declared upon receiving the Jury Prize: “Let’s keep our dreams because, together, we can change the world. Everything is possible for those who dare, work and never give up” :
