Wired headphones are coming back into fashion. Now – as a stylish accessory

The cyclical nature of fashion has also reached our devices. Last year, fashionistas were literally on the hunt for the coveted AirPods Max, which Apple released in the trendiest “aesthetic” shades. We remember that just a few years ago everyone was choosing only wireless in-ear headphones, considering full-size headphones to be completely old-fashioned. And how easily and quickly a very popular brand from Cupertino was able to convince us. Girls were wearing AirPods Max as an everyday accessory and adding style to them with every look. And here it doesn’t matter at all whether music plays any role in their lives.

But today, expensive full-size headphones are being replaced by good old wired headphones. Two fashion houses gave hints of this at London Fashion Week. The model appeared at the Conner Ives brand fashion show in a white wedding dress embroidered with earbuds and holding a player.

And just a few days later, at the Sinead Gorey catwalk, designers suggested we stylize the actress in an unusual way. iPod Shuffle, identical to the “native” headphones of the 2000s, is now used as a stylish hair accessory and even a choker.
