As it turns out, most people in Russia are ready to quit just because of toxic colleagues. According to statistics collected by the company Innovation Culture, the desire to quit is largely linked to this reason.
Such indicators emerged after a survey of more than 1,257 residents of 15 cities. It’s hard to imagine, but toxic people have managed to make life difficult for the majority, 75%. Meanwhile, half admitted they lost productivity because of their colleagues. However, 71 percent said they were ready to resign just to avoid encountering “energy vampires.” Women (75%) are more likely to complete and leave a job than men (67%).
But it seems that people still disagree at the beginning, which is considered toxic, as only 25% associate it with aggression, while another 28% interpret it as not honoring agreements. The other 27% parallel the impossibility of conducting a constructive dialogue.
