The red carpet of the 66th Grammy Awards, which traditionally brings together the main representatives of the music industry (and not only), has just ended. But we don’t follow this event just to find out who will receive the coveted prize. Throughout its 66-year existence, the Grammy carpet has become an arena for fashion statements. And if the dress code at the Oscars is more traditional, then the music award gives complete freedom to the imagination.
Consider Cher’s 1974 look, for example. Later, the singer appeared in a white blouse with butterflies, embroidered with sequins and a translucent cape. Or Britney Spears’ outfit in 2000, when the pop princess hit the red carpet in a snow-white Randolph Duke dress and a fur cape. And of course, we can’t help but mention JLo’s iconic look in 2000. We’re talking, of course, about a blue-green Versace dress with an extreme neckline. Later, critics and fashion experts considered it extremely unsuccessful and rushed to add it to the worst-dressed ratings. But in vain! The image is now considered iconic.
So what did this year’s award guests surprise us with? So did they manage to do this? We look at the images and talk about the most successful ones.

The first thing that pleased us was Dua Lipa and her magnificent image, for which stylist Lorenzo Posocco was responsible. The singer appeared on the Grammy Awards red carpet in a custom Courrèges chainmail dress. By the way, not so long ago we prepared material about the most famous designer armor. But Miley Cyrus, author of last year’s hit Flowers, opted for an equally gorgeous “nude” Maison Margiela outfit, which the brand’s team created out of safety pins. By the way, this modern Amazon image is a nod to John Galliano’s 1997 collection.

Another spectacular look belongs to Brazilian model Alessandra Ambrosio, who appeared on the Grammy red carpet in a latex dress with a trench coat in the color of wet asphalt. By the way, there were a lot of silhouette dresses especially this year. For example, Olivia Rodrigo arrived in a vintage Versace gown (it was a bit reminiscent of Marilyn Monroe’s dress). However, hooligan Doja Kedi preferred Dilara Fındıkoğlu’s corset dress made of flesh-colored mesh. There was also plenty of deep cleavage and extreme cutouts on the Grammys runway. Let’s look at the best images in our gallery.
