The legal process between Chekalin bloggers and former stylist Elvira Yankovskaya, who defrauded bloggers of large amounts, has been going on for about a year and a half. Artem Chekalin said in a banned social network that his former assistants were now going through a difficult period in his life.
The case began after the couple learned that Elvira was running an illegal business and selling them fakes of luxury brands. It began to seem that the trial was over a long time ago, but Artem stated that this was not the case, because the stylist had to answer before the law for all financial frauds. Additionally, all his assets were confiscated.
“I want to tell you a little about history. It has been going on for 1.5 years already. Lera and I are tired. There was a lot of dirt, slander and misinformation on this issue. At some point, all this came to a head and even the Moscow City Internal Affairs Directorate published a report in the media about this case “denied the information. The case will continue, then the court will make a fair decision and the person will be held accountable for what he did. There are many victims there,” the blogger noted.
Let us also remind that the scandal that turned into a lawsuit for Elvira started in the summer of 2022. The Chekalin family openly accused the buyer of deception, saying that he had sold them copies of the originals. It was also revealed that there were approximately 15 people among the stylist’s victims.
