The head of the Investigative Committee of Russia, Alexander Bastrykin, ordered the initiation of criminal proceedings against Sergei Kosenko, the RIA Novosti Telegram channel reported.
Meanwhile, Russian stars also told about what was happening on the Internet. “I was furious when I saw this video… What bloggers don’t do to babies.
