Karina Istomina, who recently gave birth to a daughter from Fedor Smolov, takes care of her health. The blogger admitted that she gave up bad habits long before pregnancy.

The girl said on her Telegram channel that she had not used anything for three years. “I have not used psychoactive substances for three years. To get some rest, even on holidays. I haven’t been drunk in three years. There are no hangovers, blackouts or serotonin troughs. “I didn’t drink at gatherings with friends, at a friend’s wedding, or at my own wedding; I didn’t drink because I was sad or very happy,” shares Karina.

He admitted that his life got better after he made the decision. “My life has changed because of sobriety. I have my own family now. I never thought I would get married one day. I didn’t feel like I was worthy of a great, healthy relationship where I was valued and respected. I learned what unconditional love is and experienced the same for my daughter. “I didn’t think motherhood was for me, and I know that I am a great mother and wife, putting all my worries and concerns aside,” she continued, adding that she continues to work on herself.

“I’m not saying that with sobriety all the problems disappear and now everything happens the way I want every day: the sun is shining and people are not annoying. NO. But now I know what to do when I feel bad. “This is what recovery is all about: learning to help yourself,” he concluded.
