By the way, the actor wanted to buy 63 million rubles for a two-story penthouse with a winter and summer terrace, a sauna and a hammock network, but soon made a discount, now the property will cost the lucky buyer only (almost) 57 million rubles.
By the way, many fans of Alexander’s work remember the apartment from his relationship with Stasya Miloslavskaya. He is the ideological organizer of the venue, and the painting with the Joker seen in the photo in the advertisement is a gift to him (and it is quite expensive and was personally brought to the actor from Italy as a surprise).
