Gucci has created a global gaming academy focused on the mental health of esports athletes. This was reported by Hypebeast.

The Italian brand opened the Gucci Gaming Academy together with the World Health Organization and the Faceit platform. The team has already made their debut in the PGL Antwerp Major Counter-Strike tournament. The team featured four top CS:GO players – one from Latvia and Lithuania, and two from Poland.

We entered the gaming world and as part of our mission to build meaningful community relationships, we are committed to supporting the next generation of gamers to help them meet the challenges they may face as a result of participating in tournaments”, Nicolas CEO Oudinot, Vice President of New Business Development for Vogue Business and President of Gucci Vault said:
As part of this project, Gucci and Faceit will work with the World Health Organization to help players feel mentally and physically balanced.
