Soy milk. Every time a barista adds this to coffee, he is taking a big risk knowing that there is a high chance the coffee will curdle. Moreover, soy milk gives an earthy taste when combined with coffee. I agree, not the best combination.

Milk with banana. Due to its very sweet taste, it is only suitable to be used with low acid coffee. In addition, since alternative milks are a different drink than milk, it is best not to mix them with coffee and expect the same taste.

oat milk – another strange combination for coffee. At least because it suppresses all the coffee notes. Moreover, it does not whip well, so you cannot count on fluffy foam like in a cafe.
