Already his second hunger strike
Even in prison, Narges Mohammadi continues to fight: this hunger strike, the second in a few months, is also an act of protest against her incarceration. Of fragile health, he had already stopped eating a few days ago, at the beginning of November, to obtain the right to be transferred to hospital without covering his head.
The activist has been a figure in the fight for human rights in Iran for many years, where she has particularly opposed the death penalty. She took positions against her regime, which led her to be arrested several times and sentenced to a total of 31 years in prison.
