Titanic, starring Leonardo DiCaprio and Kate Winslet, premiered almost 30 years ago. The actor gave a new interview in which he explained how the shooting of the cult film took place.
The Hollywood star admitted that she “immediately hit it off with Leo.” “He felt so free and had an energy that really sparkled like a magnet. And I remember thinking, “Oh, this is going to be so much fun. We will definitely get along.” And indeed we found a common language,” reports ET News.
He added that he and DiCaprio are still close. “We always talk right away. There’s no such thing as ‘Wait, I’ll call you tomorrow’. Everything happens instantly. And that’s really important,” he thinks.
Kate continued: “You know, when you think about it, in the world we live in now, it’s really incredible to have a friendship and a shared history that ties you together.”
