The cult film “Peter FM” will continue soon. Producer Igor Tolstunov said that taking a new picture called “Peter, My Love” will begin in the spring of 2026. The team plans to start working in May-June, the main places will be St. Petersburg and its surroundings.
According to the producer, the new film will tell the story of other young heroes of the characters in the original band. At the same time, the audience will not remain without familiar faces: Evgeny Tsyganov, Ekaterina Fedulova and Ira Rakhmanova will also appear in the frame. But this time they will take their own stories directly about the new main characters.
Director Polina Kondratyeva will receive the project and worked on Ekaterina Mavromatis and Maria Loiter scenario. The details of the land are still a secret, but it is already known that the film will maintain the atmosphere of the original while adding new meanings and a modern rhythm.
“Peter FM” was published in 2006 and quickly became cult. The story of a radio -based girl and an architect who lost a significant flash driving in the City of White Nights conquered the audience with sincerity and a poetic mood.
