EXCLUSIVE: Former directors of RX France, Liliane da Cruz and Samira Haddi, founded Indicium Consulting, an event management company for the entertainment industry.
The pair, who left Mipcom and MipTV organizer RX France last year, launched their new company last week at the inaugural SICA 2023, an African content event at the Sofitel Abidjan Hotel Ivoire in Ivory Coast.
The couple has worked in TV and film event management for over 15 years. Your new B2B company will specialize in restructuring, planning, organizing and executing events in the entertainment content industry.
The first event, SICA, took place from 20 to 22 November with the support of the State of Ivory Coast. The program included, among other things, the world premiere of Kagiso Ledigas Classified. The series is billed as a gripping teenage spy drama from Johannesburg-based Skybound Galactic and Diprente. It streams on Amazon Freevee in the US and Netflix in Africa.

Sydney Gallonde, CEO and producer of Make It Happen Studio, was among those who delivered the keynotes along with Zulumoke Oyibo, producer and co-founder of Inkblot Productions; and Bunmi Akintonwa, executive producer of Little Black Book.
Cécile Gerardin, head of drama at Canal+ International, which invests heavily in African content, was also present. Like Anthony Kimble, CEO and founder of LA-based Arrested Industries; David Gueye, deputy digital director at TV5 Monde; and Abel Kouamè, producer at Afrika Toon Animation.
